When do I pay?
After you approve the matched expert, the scope and the fixed price. Nothing is charged for submitting a brief.
Is $299 per project or per month?
Per project. Each sourcing report is a separate, defined piece of work.
What if I need several product categories?
Each category is typically a separate project with its own expert. If you're sourcing a range, tell us in the brief and we'll quote the programme as a whole.
Do you take a percentage of my order value?
No. BuyHive charges for the expert's work, not a share of what you spend with the factory.
Can I get an invoice in my company name?
Yes. Business invoicing is available for all project types — add your billing entity in the brief.
